This is the second of two International Showcase Series hosted by the Boulders, with Japan’s Shikoku Island Independents having visited last week. Cuba begins the US portion of their trip, having posted a 4-5 record against the Can-Am’s three Canadian teams. Rockland has hosted Cuba twice before, taking two-of-three in their last meeting in 2017, after the visitors swept the set the previous season. All International Showcase Series games count in the Can-Am League standings.
After Cuba departs, the Boulders close out the month of June with a three-game set against the Sussex County Miners before an eight-game homestand commences the countdown to the 2019 All-Star Game on Wednesday, July 10th at Palisades Credit Union Park.
